Import Image

I. Import Image:

1: Start the program double-clicking .

2: Click Import Image in the start page under Start.

In the started CREATE PLUS, in the File ribbon, Import tab, select Import Image.

The Image import dialog box appears.

3: Select and open the path of the desired image via Open in the File ribbon of the Image Import dialog box.
: The following formats can be read: bmp, jpg, jpeg, jpe, jfif, gif, tiff, tif, png

In the dialog box, the Original and the Target is displayed with a pre-set color reduction.

1	Ribbon Group Export
		1x1 Technique	The image will be doubled in the width (1x1 technique). : Attention Observe the knitting technique of the pattern! All Needles 1x1-Technique This affects the insertion of the image!
		To Clipboard	The edited image is copied to the clipboard. : In the CPS, the image can be inserted in the Pattern Elements tool window under Pattern Elements.
		Create Pattern Project	Create a pattern project with a pattern based on the edited image.
2	Ribbon Group View : The settings are displayed only in the Target, reduced number of colors: view.
		Color Separator Lines	Display of the Target, reduced number of colors: view of colored separating lines for subdividing the different areas with different quantity of colors
		Grid Lines	Display of a grid in the Target, reduced number of colors: view
		Color Column	Display of an additional column in the Target, reduced number of colors: view with the existing colors in each case.
		Inverted Selection	Display of the selected color : Select the color only in the Original or in the Target.
3	Image Properties
	Original Size:		Display of the original size of the image in width x height
	Target Size:		Edit boxes for the size of the target in width x height
		Keep Aspect Ratio		Size of the image freely changeable in width and height.
				Size of the image changeable depending on the aspect ratio.
	Number of Colors in Original		Original quantity of colors in the original image
	Pre-reduce to:		Entry of the quantity of colors to which the image is to be reduced when loading it. : This, already reduced image will be displayed as Original.
	Number of Colors in Target:		Entry of the quantity of colors for reducing the Original to Target
	Standard Reduction		Type of reduction of an image, e.g. for Jacquard
	Dither Colors		Type of reduction of an image with smooth color transitions, e.g. for photos
	Update		Apply changes of the settings
4	Display of the original image with already previously reduced colors
5	Display of the Target image with the specified quantity of colors
6	Display of all colors in the target For selecting all the original colors of the table that correspond to the target color : Corresponds to the entry under Number of Colors in Target: .
7	Table with the following columns
	Original		Quantity of colors which were entered at Pre-reduce to:.
	Target		Allocation of a target color to a original color : Manual changing of the allocation via the selection menu at the corresponding target color.
	Property		Outside Shape	Allocate 'outside shape' to one or more selected target colors. : When importing an image, e.g. as shape template
			Use Color	One or more selected target colors are imported as color in the CPS. : When importing an image as Jacquard template
			Transparent	Allocate Transparent to one or more selected target colors. : When importing an image, which is to be positioned on a specific background.
8	Target		Selection of the target color for the allocation of a property
	Property		Selection of the desired property for the selected target color
9	Open With		Open the original or the target in an image editing app to make changes
10	Zoom		Zoom in or out
