Context Menu on Entries (row cycles)

You make the following settings in the context menu on the entries:

Add Table Row	Adds a new row at the end of the table.
Insert Row for Pattern-related Values	Adds a new row for pattern-related values. In the submenu select the desired pattern.
Use as Index Value	Switches this entry from direct value to index value.
Use as Direct Value	Switches this entry from index value to direct value.
Show Usage...	Shows patterns and knitting elements using this entry.
Delete Lines	Deletes the row.
Copy	Copies the row.
Paste Content	Pastes the copied content.
Paste as New Row	Pastes the copied content as a new row.
