Context menu on the icon of the knitting program

Delete Knitting Program	Deletes the knitting program.
Delete All Knitting Programs of the Group	Deletes all knitting programs of the group. Only active in the group view.
Delete all knitting programs of the order	Deletes all knitting program of the order. Only active in the order view.
