Carriage Direction

Make settings for the carriage direction.

You have the following options in the context menu:

Carriage Direction to the Right	The carriage direction of this technical row is from left to right.
Carriage Direction to the Left	The carriage direction of this technical row is from right to left.
With ADF machines the yarn carriers have their own motors that move independently from the carriage run. The carriage and yarn carrier are moved in sync, at the same time, to knit. The yarn carriers can also be moved independently of the carriage. The following settings are used for carriage independent yarn carrier runs.
Yarn Carrier > System Independent	Sets the yarn carrier direction for a system independent yarn carrier run to the right. This selection only applies to ADF machines.
Yarn Carrier < System Independent	Sets the yarn carrier direction for a system independent yarn carrier run to the left. This selection only applies to ADF machines.
Yarn Carrier <> System Independent	Sets the yarn carrier direction for a system independent yarn carrier run to undefined. This selection only applies to ADF machines.
Y- yarn carrier in knitting position	Places the yarn carrier in knitting position. This selection only applies to ADF machines.
Y^ yarn carrier in upper position	Places the yarn carrier in upper position. This selection only applies to ADF machines.
Yv yarn carrier in lower position	Places the yarn carrier in lower position. This selection only applies to ADF machines.
Default	Sets the setting on Default. Applies the entry of the default setting from the header row.
Delete	Deletes the entry.
Insert Carriage Direction Repeatedly...	For a row selection, open the dialog box in which you make the following settings: 1 Set the Starting Direction. 2 Set the Quantity of Repetitions. 3 Click on Apply. he carriage direction is drawn in the control column according to the input.
