Comb / Cast-off fabric piece BMS

Use Comb or Cast-off Fabric Piece (within complete project)

All patterns in the project are knitted with comb start or cast-off fabric piece.

This setting applies to all patterns in the project.
All knitting programs in the knitting order for the machine need the same yarn carrier home position.

Comb

The pattern is knitted with comb usage.

Cast-off Fabric Piece

The pattern is knitted with cast-off fabric piece.

Before the start, the previous fabric is cast-off and the new fabric is started with belt take-down.

Position Pattern to Comb Hooks

The pattern is positioned optimally in relation to the comb hooks.

The comb thread insertion is widened a bit when necessary to ensure an optimal hook-in of the comb hooks.

BMS machines have a comb take-down with reduced comb hook. That is why this function is available.

Recognizable in the Select Machine dialog box General section by Annotation:.

Comb Thread / Cast-off

Execute comb thread or cast-off using:

Select module.

• For 2 Pieces

1 Piece

Select module for the cast-off for single piece knitting.

The suitable module is determined and applied by setting to Automatically.

Modules of the module group Cast-off Fabric Piece, Belt Take-down -> Stoll

2 Pieces

Select module for the cast-off for two piece knitting.

The suitable module is determined and applied by setting to Automatically.

Module group Cast-off Fabric Piece, Belt Take-down > Stoll

Sintral Function

Execute cast-off via Sintral function.

Select Sintral function.
