Change or edit the default settings for racking corrections of the knitting element
: With STOLL knitting elements, the racking correction index (VCI) is used by default.
Change settings for a racking correction in a local knitting element:

All the knitting elements drawn in the
Design Pattern which are taken from the Knit Explorer are saved as local knitting elements in the Pattern Project.
In the
Racking Correction (VCI) control column of local knitting elements, you can change the the specified racking correction of the transfer rows.
- The
Racking Correction (VCI) control column is displayed in the
Design Pattern.
: But without entries, as no transfer rows are displayed in the
Design Pattern.

- Open the existing Pattern Project and save it with a new name.

Create new Pattern Project with one individual pattern and draw-in structure. - 2
- Open local knitting element with double-click.

- Open the
Racking Correction (VCI) control column in the knitting element editor if necessary. - 4
- Position the cursor on the
Racking Correction (VCI) control column. - 5
- Open the context menu.

Show Table. - The Pattern Parameters

tab appears with the racking correction indices (VCI).
Display of the following entries:
- All the racking correction indices (VCI) used in the
Design Pattern are displayed and are marked with the
symbol.
: In the knitting elements, the structures for knitting on all needles are managed and also for 1x1 technique. This means, that there is entered a racking correction value for all racking courses in the knitting element. - The entries marked as favorites in the Pattern Parameters

- Select the used and desired racking correction.

- Change presettings.

- If necessary, add new entries to the table, enter in the knitting element and adjust presets.
: The racking correction indices (VCI) shown in the context menu of the control column correspond to the table in the Pattern Parameters
