Step by Step to 'Pattern-12A'

  1. The pattern project of pattern ‚Pattern-12‘ is open.

    Select ‚Muster_Pattern_12 in the tool window.

    Open the context menu with RMB and select Duplicate Pattern... .
  1. The Duplicate Pattern with Shape -xxx dialog box appears.

    Rename the pattern.

    Activate Selection Duplicate shapes as well .
  2. The pending shape of ‚Patten-12‘ will be duplicated as well.

    Rename the shape if necessary.

    Close the dialog box with the OK button.

    Select the Shapes tab.

    Select the duplicate of the shape.

    Open the shape by double-clicking.

    In the Line Table tool window, position the cursor in the area beside the Basic Shape button, open the context menu with RMB and call-up Add New Shape Element....
    - or -
    Position the cursor in the document window (graphic), open the context menu with the RMB and select Add New Shape Element....

    Select Asymmetrically in the Gore selection menu.

    Open the line table of the new shape element and enter the desired values.
  3. The newly created shape element is displayed in the graphic and in the line table as well.

Shape Element Type: Gore asymmetrical

: Table for the Gore shape element contains values for At the Left!
However, the shape element is placed on the 'right' side of the fabric piece.

    Select Gore shape element.

    Open the context menu with RMB and select Flip Vertically.

    Then open the context menu again -> select Duplicate Mirrored.
  1. New knitting element is saved and is displayed in the basic shape.

    To position a Gore shape element, open the input window by double click and enter the coordinates.

    Place the shape element at the desired position with the LMB pressed.

    Position both Gore shape elements below the collar.
    : When positioning, pay attention to the knitting technique (carriage direction)!

    Click the Home button under Preview in the Yarn Carriers ribbon.
  2. The New Pattern xx document window is opened as view and the Yarn Carriers ribbon appears.

    Open the dialog box via Show Yarn Carriers.

    If necessary, make the desired settings for allocating yarn carriers.

    Start the Technical Processing:
    Show symbol view after technical processing.

    Generate Sintral.

    Start the Sintral Check.

    Extract the knitting program.
  1. A program for the knitting machine will be created: CMS530.Pattern-12.zip.
  2. Load knitting program into the machine.

: The extracted file CMS530.Pattern-12A.zip can be loaded onto the machine with an USB stick or via Ethernet.
