Opens the dialog box to add selected rows or columns.

Make the following settings in the Insert Selection tool window:

Insert Empty	Inserts an empty area.
Insert Cursor Attributes	The inserted area is filled with the cursor attributes.
Duplicate	Duplicates the selected area.
Copy data of control columns	The control column data is included when duplicating.
Quantity	Number of repetitions that are to be inserted
Edit Selection Row by Row	Selection is edited by rows and not as the whole area. Only available if entire rows are selected.
Edit Selection Row by Row	Selection is edited by columns and not as the whole area. Only available if entire columns are selected.
	By clicking on the arrows, the action is carried out in the direction of the arrows.
