How to Create a Line-bound Marking

  1. You need a marking in the center of the sleeve end for linking.
  2. The dimensioned shape is opened in the Dimensioning View.

    Run the Line Properties function in the context menu of the sleeve.

    Go to the Start group box.

    Select the Markings of Line tab.

    Select default line in the table.

    Run the Add Line function in the context menu of the default line.
  3. A new line appears with line number 1 and default entries.

    Select the Endpoint in the picklist of the Anchor Points table cell.

    Select the Pointelle, Stitch v in the picklist of the Knitting Element table cell.

    Keep the other entries as they are.
  5. The line-bound marking point appears at the endpoint of the selected line.

    Close the dialog box.
  1. You can see the center of sleeve easily when linking.

Proceed accordingly to set markings for linking in another fabric piece.
