Avvio tab -> Impostazioni Jacquard group

Make the following settings in Impostazioni Jacquard group:

Rango di partenza	Modify the starting row of the line numbering for the MC Jacquard.
Ampiezza passi	Modify the step width of the line numbering for the MC Jacquard.
Rango finale	Modify the ending row of the line numbering for the MC Jacquard.
