Context menu in the header

Make the following settings in the context menu of the header of the editing area:

Duplica colonna	Duplicated the column under the cursor.
Duplica colonne selezionate	Duplicates the selected column.
Inserisci a sinistra colonna vuota	Adds an empty row at the left of the clicked column.
Inserisci a destra colonna vuota	Adds an empty row at the right of the clicked column.
Elimina colonna	Deletes the column at the cursor position.
Elimina colonne selezionate	Deletes all the selected columns.
