Types of Weft Yarn Carriers

For CMS machines are the Qs and Qw weft yarn carrier types available-

• Weft yarn carrier type Qs is a normal yarn carrier that will be driven by the leading system.
  The weft yarn is held low by the presser foot.
  
• Weft yarn carrier type Qw is a special yarn carrier that will be driven ahead in the same system.
  The weft yarn is held low by the presser foot.

• Weft yarn carrier types Qt1, Qt2 und Qt3 are special yarn carriers with different driving width that will be driven ahead in the same system.
  W Machine - Weft Yarn Carriers Qt1 Qt2 Qt3

The weft yarn carrier for ADF machines is named Q and is driven ahead for the system similarly to Qw.
