How to Save Shapes

Create an Explorer structure and rules for the file names to achieve a good overview, traceability and reuse.

  1. The dimensioned shape is open.

    Select the File ribbon on the top left.

    Call up the Save menu.
  1. The Save as dialog box appears.

    Enter path and file name.

    Save the shape via the Save button.
  2. The dimensioned shape is saved with the specified name and path.

    Select the File ribbon on the top left.

    Call up the Description menu.

    Enter information about the shape.

    Call-up the Save menu to save the information about the shape.
