How to Specify the Page Layout
The Stoll Page Layout is available for printouts of shape files in the
A4 Landscape format.
You can create your own Basic Page Layouts for different paper formats or according to different guidelines of your company.
How to Create your own Page Layout:
- Header with article description, season and size
- Footer with file name, current date and page number
A3 Portrait paper format

- Open the Options dialog box of the Backstage View.

- Click the
Basic Page Layout... button. - The Basic Page Layout dialog box appears with the presettings of the Stoll Page Layout.

- Open the Paper Format
picklist and select A3. - 4
- Open the Orientation
picklist and select
. - The placeholders of the Stoll Page Layout will disappear from the preview.

- Drag-up the area for the header.

- Select the [ArticelDescription] placeholder and insert it by the context menu into the preview.

The placeholder appears in the preview and will be replaced in the printout by Raglan Sweater.- 7
- Drag the placeholder box larger with the
grasper.
Corresponding to the entry in the Article Description field of the Information tab.

- Position the other placeholder accordingly in the header.

- Select the [ShapeSize] placeholder completely and format it by the mini toolbar as follows.

E.g. Bold, Centre and font size 18 pt for the sizesXS, S, M, L, XL. - 10
- Drag-up the area for the footer.

- Position the placeholders of the footer.

These placeholders will be replaced automatically in the printout. - 12
- Save the Basic Page Layout with the
Save button and close the Options dialog box with OK.
- Printouts of all subsequently created shape files will have this header and footer on
A3 Portrait
- You can change the page layout of individual printouts in the Print Preview dialog box.
