Usage of Rectangle

Draw with or without attributes
  • If you selected cursor attributes, they will be applied to the pattern when drawing.
  • If you did not select any cursor attributes, the area will be selected.
    The selected area is available for further editing.

Draw an outlined rectangle
  • Select 矩形 未填充
  • Enter a 线宽 value (e.g. 3).
  • Set X 偏移 and Y 偏移 to 0 (zero).
  • Draw the 矩形.(e.g. without attributes).
    Width and height of the rectangle appears in the tooltip.

Draw an outlined square by dot line
  • Select 矩形 未填充
  • Set the 线宽 value (e.g. 2).
  • Set the value for X 偏移 (e.g. 1) and Y 偏移 (e.g. 2).
  • Select 正方形 or press the SHIFT key when drawing.
  • Draw the 正方形 (with yarn color red e.g.)
    Width and height of the square appears in the tooltip.

Draw a filled rectangle starting from the center
  • Select 矩形 填充
  • Set X 偏移 and Y 偏移 to 0 (zero).
  • Select Start From Center.
    Only odd side lengths are possible.
  • Draw the 矩形 (with yarn color red e.g.)
  • The first mouse click specifies the center of the rectangle.
    Width and height of the rectangle appears in the tooltip.

Draw by dot line a filled rectangle with modules
  • Select 矩形 填充
  • Set the value for X 偏移 (e.g. 2) and Y 偏移 (e.g. 1).
  • Select a module (e.g. Pointelle, Stitch v)
  • Draw the 矩形.
    Width and height of the rectangle appears in the tooltip.

Draw by dot line a filled rectangle with modules with repetition element

When you select a module with repetition element for filling, observe the following procedure:

  • Select 矩形 填充
  • Set the value for X 偏移 (e.g. 2) and Y 偏移 (e.g. 1).
  • Select a module with repetition element(e.g. Pointelle, Stitch v, above).
  • Draw the repeating part defining its size with the first and second mouse click.

  • Then, draw the 矩形 with the repeating part and the entered offset.
    Width and height of the rectangle appears in the tooltip.

Draw an outlined rectangle by the echo mode
  • Select 矩形 未填充
  • Enter a 线宽 value (e.g. 1).
  • Set X 偏移 and Y 偏移 to 0 (zero).
  • Select 预显模式画图.
  • Draw the 矩形 (with yarn color red e.g.)
    After the second click, the echo with the handles appears.
    You can change or move it.

  • Apply the rectangle to the pattern by ENTER.
    A new rectangle appears with handles for moving and changing.
  • You can repeat the procedure as often as desired.
