Cast-off and Transfer

Make settings for Cast-off and Transfer.

In the context menu you have the following options:

Group cast-offs/transfers ON	Combining Cast-off and Transfer in one row is allowed.
Group cast-offs/transfers OFF	Combining Cast-off and Transfer in one row is not allowed.
Default	Sets the setting on Default. Applies the entry of the default setting from the header row.
Delete	Deletes the entry.
