Context menu on the entries (knitting areas)

You make the following settings in the context menu of the rows:

Add Main Row	Adds a new main row.
Add Sub-row	Adds a new sub-row.
Add Sub-row Before	Inserts a new sub-row before.
Add Sub-row Below	Inserts a new sub-row below.
Delete Lines	Deletes the selected rows.
Combine Identical Knitting Ranges	Identical knitting ranges within the selection will be combined to one single knitting range.
Copy	Copies the selection.
Paste Content	Pastes the content of the copied selection.
Paste as New Row	Pastes the content of the copied selection as a new row.
