Symbol View
File tab -> Call-up Options selection.
Select the Options section in the 
Symbol View dialog box.
Make the following settings in the Symbol View section.
Color Options Section
In the design view of a pattern, you can show and hide the module borders via the button 
Show Module Borders of the status bar.

Module Borders |
Select the color of the module borders. |

Restore Default |
Reset the color of the module borders to the default. |
Grid Section
You can toggle the grid for this document by the 
Show Grid button of its status bar.

Guide Line |
Select the color of the help lines. |
|
|
Display the main lines. Select the color of the main lines. |
|
Distance |
Enter the distance of main lines between each other. |
|
Restore Default |
Reset the settings of the grid section to the default. |
