Context Menu of the Pattern Tool Window.

Run the following functions in the context menu on the empty area of the Patterns tool window:

Create New Group

Create a new group in the Group View.

Create New Design Pattern...

Opens the New Design Pattern dialog box.

Without the selection of a group, the new pattern appears in the Default group.
