Importing and Positioning a Shape

Import Shape:

  1. A design project is open.
  2. The shape is available as SGSF or as SLSF file.

    Navigate to the Coupes tool window.

    Click on the tool window with the right mouse button.
  1. The context menu appears.

    Select Importer une coupe ....
  2. The Importation de coupe dialog box appears.

    Select the desired fabric pieces.

    Confirm clicking on OK.
  1. The imported fabric pieces will appear in the Coupes tool window.

Position Shape:

  1. The shape is saved in the Coupes tool window.
  2. A start is specified in the shape.

    Select a fabric piece with the right mouse button.

    Select Positionner la coupe.

    Click on the pattern, where the shape is to be positioned.
    If the pattern already contains a fabric start, the following prompt appears:
    Le dessin a déjà un début. Celui-ci est supprimé lors du placement du dessin. Continuer ?

    If necessary, confirm with Yes.
  1. The fabric is positioned on the pattern.
