Usage of Find and Replace

Attributes in the entire pattern
Chercher et Remplacer

• Open the Chercher et Remplacer window.
• Switch off Sélection.
• Select the Couleurs de dessin under Rechercher / Données d'aiguilles and the yarn color red under Valeur.

• Under Remplacer / Échanger / Données d'aiguilles, select the pattern colors and under Valeur, select the yarn color blue.
• Click on Remplacer toutes les occurrences {1} to replace all the stitches found with the pattern color red by the color blue.
  Or click on Remplacer et poursuivre la recherche to replace the found matches individually.

Structure modules in the selected area
Chercher et Remplacer.

• Open the Chercher et Remplacer window.
• Switch on Sélection.
• Under Rechercher / Données d'aiguilles select the Modules de structure and under that select any module that is to be searched for.
• Under Remplacer / Échanger / Données d'aiguilles select the structure module that is to be inserted.

• Click on Remplacer toutes les occurrences {1} to replace all the modules found in the selected area.
  Or click on Remplacer et poursuivre la recherche to replace the found matches individually.

All modules, even if they are only partially available in the selected area, are displayed as matches and replaced accordingly.

Control column data in the entire pattern
Chercher et Remplacer.

• Open the Chercher et Remplacer window.
• Switch off .
• Under Rechercher / Données de colonnes de commande select the desired control column and the corresponding Valeur.
  (e.g. Front Stitch Length, value: NP5)
• Under Remplacer / Échanger / Données de colonnes de commande, select the control column and the Valeur that is to be entered.

• Click on Remplacer toutes les occurrences {1} to replace all the NP values found.
  Or click on Remplacer et poursuivre la recherche to replace the found matches individually.

Search for, edit and replace a temporary pattern element in the entire pattern.

• Open the Chercher et Remplacer window.
• Select the area in the pattern that you want to insert as a temporary pattern element in the search criteria.
• Click on Créer une élément du dessin temporaire à partir de la sélection under Rechercher les éléments du dessin.
  The area selected in the pattern appears as search criterion.

• Click on Ajouter des critères de recherche under Remplacer / Échanger / Remplacer des éléments du dessin.
  The temporary pattern element of the search criteria appears as criterion for insert.
• Click on Éditer l'élément du dessin temporaire.
  The pattern element is opened. Make the desired changes and close it then.
  The modified pattern element appears in the criteria for insert and under Sélection de la partie de dessin: appears: Élément du dessin temporaire édité

• Click on Remplacer toutes les occurrences {1} to replace all the pattern elements found.
  Or click on Remplacer et poursuivre la recherche to replace the found matches individually.
