Further editing of an edited image in the Image Import dialog box

: The edited image (target) is saved in the STOLL Image Import format *.sii.
This format can only be opened in the Importation d'image dialog box.

: The edited image (target) is saved in the clipboard and can be opened as a pattern element in a pattern project.

: The image is opened directly in a new pattern project as a design pattern.

: The image is opened directly in a new design project as a design pattern.

Save image / Save as:

  1. The image is edited and the desired result (target) is displayed.

    Under Fichier -> select Enregistrer or Enregistrer sous.

    Enter the desired path for saving.

    Enter file name:
  1. The image is saved with the file name and in the *.sii (STOLL Image Import) format.

    Close the dialog box with X.
  1. The saved image in the *.sii format can only be opened in the Importation d'image dialog box.

Copy the image to the clipboard and open it in a new pattern project:

  1. The image is edited and the desired result (target) is displayed.

    Copy the image to the clipboard:
    Start ribbon -> Exporter -> Dans le presse-papiers
  1. The image is located in the clipboard.

    If necessary, close the Importation d'image dialog box.

    Start by double-clicking on .

    Create a new pattern project with Nouveau projet de dessin.
  2. The Nouveau projet de dessin dialog box appears.

    Make the desired settings:
  • Enter the appropriate width and height under Dimension for the image that is to be inserted.

    Close the dialog box with OK.
  1. The new pattern project appears.

    Select the Parties de dessin tab of the Éléments de tricotage tool window.

    Position the cursor in the tool window.

    Insert the image from the clipboard into the pattern project with Ctrl + V.

    Select the pattern element and position it in the pattern.

In the Image Import dialog box create a new pattern project:

  1. The image is edited and the desired result (target) is displayed.

    Create the new pattern project.
    Start ribbon -> Exporter -> Élaborer un projet de dessin
  1. The Nouveau projet de dessin dialog box appears.

    Make the desired settings.

    Close the dialog box with OK.
  2. The new pattern project appears with the image as design pattern.
