Change or edit the default settings for racking corrections of the knitting element

: With STOLL knitting elements, the racking correction index (VCI) is used by default.

Change settings for a racking correction in a local knitting element:

All the knitting elements drawn in the Dessin de conception which are taken from the Knit Explorer are saved as local knitting elements in the Projet de dessin.
In the Correction du chevalement (VCI) control column of local knitting elements, you can change the the specified racking correction of the transfer rows.

  1. The Correction du chevalement (VCI) control column is displayed in the Dessin de conception.
    : But without entries, as no transfer rows are displayed in the Dessin de conception.

    Open the existing Projet de dessin and save it with a new name.
    Menu Fichier / Enregistrer sous
    -  or  -
    Create new Projet de dessin with one individual pattern and draw-in structure.

    Open local knitting element with double-click.

    Open the Correction du chevalement (VCI) control column in the knitting element editor if necessary.

    Position the cursor on the Correction du chevalement (VCI) control column.

    Open the context menu.

    Select Afficher le tableau.
  1. The Données Setup tool window / Chevalement section / Utilisateur tab appears with the racking correction indices (VCI).

Display of the following entries:

    Select the used and desired racking correction.

    Change presettings.

    If necessary, add new entries to the table, enter in the knitting element and adjust presets.

: The racking correction indices (VCI) shown in the context menu of the control column correspond to the table in the Données Setup tool window / Chevalement section / Utilisateur tab.
