Importing and Positioning a Shape

Import Shape:

  1. A design project is open.
  2. The shape is available as SGSF or as SLSF file.

    Navigate to the 模型 tool window.

    Click on the tool window with the right mouse button.
  1. The context menu appears.

    Select 导入模型....
  2. The 模型导入 dialog box appears.

    Select the desired fabric pieces.

    Confirm clicking on OK.
  1. The imported fabric pieces will appear in the 模型 tool window.

Position Shape:

  1. The shape is saved in the 模型 tool window.
  2. A start is specified in the shape.

    Select a fabric piece with the right mouse button.

    Select 定位模型.

    Click on the pattern, where the shape is to be positioned.
    If the pattern already contains a fabric start, the following prompt appears:
    The pattern has already a start. This will be removed when positioning the shape. Proceed anyway?

    If necessary, confirm with Yes.
  1. The fabric is positioned on the pattern.
