Enclosing the Weft Yarn Earlier with DJ Fabrics

Problem:
Enclosing the weft yarn by risen needles in advance.
Advantages:

Stitch cam can be exchanged easily.
分路密度三角 can be configured separately for each system and for both carriage directions.
The converted knitting system with 分路密度三角 can form stitches and tuck without restrictions.

Disadvantage:

Transferring and split stitches cannot be performed by this cam box.

Application Examples:

Newly inserted weft yarns will not be held securely below the needle crossing (crossing point of the supporting surfaces of opposite needles), as they are not enclosed by the fabric. Raising the needles earlier by the transferring curve allows to "lock" the weft yarn in the needle bed gap until the following stitch row is knitted.

Programming with CREATE PLUS:

The cam 分路密度三角 is mounted on the machine. For example at system S2

1: Call up the 机器属性 tab in the 配置 tool window.

2: Click the converted knitting system (e.g. S2) at the 分路密度三角 of the 系统功能 section.
You can create your machine under 个人 and make the settings there.

3: If necessary, activate the corresponding selection for further systems.

从针床翻针 will automatically be disabled for this systems.

4: Draw the DJ pattern with weft yarn.

5: Enter 通过前后板分针曲线进行编织 into the 系统功能 control column.

6: Allocate knitting system (S2 e.g.) in the corresponding control column.

Gauge-dependent restriction of the stitch lengths:

Only the way down from channel of the divided stitch cam to the loop sinking edge can be used for the stitch length.

During the technical processing, the system specifications are automatically checked for each front and rear system and the carriage direction:
An error message appears if a divided stitch cam is mounted and the specified stitch length exceeds the allowed NP value.
