Recent Files and Folders

In this tab you can see the files and folder recently opened by this program.
You can call up the Recent tab by Recent on the backstage view.

• Column of Recent Files
  Click a file in order to open it.
• Shape file may be displaced by a file edited more recently.
  Click this icon to keep this file permanently in the list.
• Shape file is kept in the list.
  Click the icon to disable this function.
• Column of Recent Folders
  Click a folder in order to open it.
• Folder may be displaced by a folder used more recently.
  Click this icon to keep this folder permanently in the list.
• Folder file is kept in the list.
  Click the icon to disable this function.

The link to a file is no longer available if you close the file and then move it to another folder e.g. in the Windows Explorer.
