Stitch Density

  • Select the ShowStitchDensityTableStitch Density icon in the Parameter ribbon to open the Stitch Density tool window.

The columns of the Stitch Density table:

  • Index Color
    Click the color to change the color value.

    Running numbering

  • Description
    Enter a note on its use.

  • Width
    Quantity of wales

  • Height by Rows
    Quantity of stitch rows of the final fabric

  • Width of Raw Fabric
    Quantity of wales before the finishing processes

  • Height by Rows of Raw Fabric
    Quantity of stitch rows before the finishing processes

With hand knitting the height will be displayed in courses HandKnittingFactorTour:

    Quantity of knitted courses before the finishing processes

  • Height by Courses
    Quantity of knitted courses of the final fabric

Tipp
Use the stitch density values before finishing of the raw fabric in order to check the fabric pieces directly after the knitting process.

Width: 36.5 stitches/10cm
Height: 41.5 stitches/10cm
Calculated Width: 60.cm
Calculated Stitches: 220

  • Copy
    Copies the selected values or rows.

  • Paste Content
    Pastes the values from the clipboard.

    Removes the selected values or rows.
