Binding-off CA for Stamping-out k&w
In general:
- The binding-off CA contains only one shape part color
The standard k&w article must be finalized by one shape part (collar) - All empty rows of the CA must have a blue reference row.
Bind-off_CA / Neckline:
- Therefore, you have to re-color the last both knitting rows of the collar in the basic pattern to color #11 (yellow).
- You have to enter the Neckline bind-off CA into the control column.

Bind-off_CA / Neckline-2_coarse gauge:
- Therefore, you have to re-color the last both knitting rows of the collar in the basic pattern to color #11 (yellow).
- You have to enter the Neckline-2_Coarse gauge bind-off CA into the control column.
- This bind-off variant is intended for coarse gauges with spring loaded holding-down jacks.
An additional row is knit on layer L1.
Bind-off_CA / Neckline inside out
- Use this bind-off CA if the k&w article will be turned from inside to outside.
- Therefore, you have to re-color the last both knitting rows of the collar in the basic pattern to color #11 (yellow).
- You have to enter the Neckline inside out bind-off CA into the control column.

Binding-off_CA / Neckline open left and right
- Due to both open sides of the collar, a second yarn carrier is necessary for this collar.
This Binding-off CA requires that the yarn carrier of the left sleeve is used as second yarn carrier within the collar.
This enables to neaten both of the yarn ends effortlessly at the end of binding-off. - With this binding-off CA, an additional row will be knitted on both sides of L0 and L1 exceeding the shape.
- Therefore, you have to re-color the last four knitting rows of the collar in the basic pattern to color #11 (yellow).
- You have to enter the Binding-off open left and right bind-off CA into the control column.
Binding-off_CA / Neckline open left L0+L1:
- Due to both layers open in the center, a second yarn carrier is necessary for this collar.
The yarn carrier of the left sleeve is used for the left side of the neckline. - With this binding-off CA, an additional L0 row will be knitted on both sides exceeding the shape.
- Therefore, you have to re-color the last four knitting rows of the collar in the basic pattern to color #11 (yellow).

Knots by a tape knit in basic color - Tape by 4 needles (instead of 2 needles as in the original technical module)
- The last two rows are bound-off.
You have to re-color this rows to color #11 (yellow). - Both original rows will be knitted.
- An additional row will be bound-off to the left.
