Zoom

The M1plus main program has a zoom toolbar, which can be positioned on the screen as desired. They can be displayed or hidden with the Zoom function in the View/Toolbars menu. A check appears in front of the function if the toolbar is activated.

The following elements are contained in the Zoom toolbar:

Large zoom step

Enlarge presentation by one zoom level.

Smaller zoom step

Reduce presentation by one zoom level.

Setting the zoom step

Set zoom level from 1 to 13.
Zoom level 10 corresponds to 100%.

Overview

Set the zoom level with which the entire pattern can be displayed.

The display size of the pattern can be changed for each view with the zoom toolbar. You can select a zoom step directly or zoom the view in or out in steps.

You change the zoom level also with the following buttons.
The zoom acts related to the cursor position:

the + and - keys on the keypad

Z key for the overview. Activating the key several times switches between the Z zoom level and the previously used zoom level.

Mouse wheel or Ctrl + mouse wheel (depending on the Program settings / Miscellaneous).

Cursor within the view:
Zoom on cursor position. The cursor position will be kept if possible.

Cursor outside the view:
Zoom on the center of the view.

I. Set the zoom step directly:

    Click on the symbol next to the zoom step display.
  1. The list with zoom steps is opened.
    2
    Select a zoom step.
  1. The zoom step is displayed in the list field. The display size of the pattern in the active window has been adjusted in accordance with the selected zoom step.

II. Change the zoom step in steps:

    Click on the or button to switch to the next higher or next lower zoom step.
