Comment / Text...

This function is used to attach a text comment to an exact position in the pattern.

I. Attach new comments on the pattern:

  1. The fabric view or the technical view is active.
  2. The Display Comments function in the View/Options menu is active.
  3. The cursor is located on the position at which comments are to be attached.

    Run the Comment / Text... function in the context menu of the view.
    If a comment is already present at the cursor position, then the context menu of the comment appears. Select the Text... function in this context menu.
  1. The Edit comments dialog box appears.

II. Move text field:

    Position the mouse pointer on the comments field.

    Click and hold the right mouse button.
  1. The text becomes the current comment. The frame and the thin connecting line are displayed in red.

    Move the field to the desired position.

    Release the mouse button.
  1. The text is displayed at the new position as the current comment.
