Comment / Graphic...

With this function, a picture with the file extension bmp or jpg is attached to an exact position on the pattern.

I. Attach the picture to the pattern:

  1. The fabric view or the technical view is active.
  2. The Show Comments function in the View menu is active.
  3. The cursor is located on the position at which the picture is to be attached.

    Run the Comment / Graphic... function in the context menu of the view.
    If a comment is already present at the cursor position, then the context menu of the comment appears. Select the Graphic... function in this context menu.
  1. The Windows default Open dialog box appears.

    Select a file in the dialog box and click the Open button.
  1. The dialog box is closed. The picture is shown at the position. A thin line connects the picture with the position at which it has been attached.
    The picture is also visible in the respective other view.

II. Move picture:

    Position the mouse pointer on the picture.

    Click and hold the right mouse button.
  1. The picture becomes the current comments. It is given a red frame. The thin connecting line is also shown in red color.

    Move the picture to the desired position.

    Release the mouse button.
  1. The picture is displayed at the new position as the current comments.

III. Change picture size:

    Position the mouse pointer on the picture and click the right mouse button.
  1. The picture becomes the current comments. It is given a red frame. The thin connecting line is also shown in red color. The context menu appears.

    Click in the picture with the left mouse button.

    Press the Esc key on the keyboard.
  1. The context menu is hidden.

    Position the mouse pointer on the red frame, click the right mouse button and hold it down.

    Move the mouse pointer.

    Release the right mouse button.
  1. Depending on the position clicked on and the movement, the picture is shown compressed, stretched or mirrored.
