Step 2: Color Selection

In the Step 2: Color selection dialog box of the picture import, make the following settings:

Element		Meaning
Display field		Display current picture.
Zoom section
	Original size	Reset size setting to original size.
	Resize	Zoom picture to window size.
	x : y	Enlarge or reduce the motif by the corresponding factor.
Display fields: Reduced Allocated colors All		Display list of picture colors. : The colors can be moved between the display fields with the mouse.
Button All colors >>		Undo color reduction. The picture is displayed with its original colors.
Button << Color reduction		Reduce colors to the set target color number. The picture is displayed in the Target Colors.
Input field		The number of target colors can be changed with the input field. The value range is between 2 and 32. The input field is not available when the Shape option field in the Pattern section is active.
Pattern section		Option fields for the selection of the pattern type
	Pure Jacquard	Generate a color jacquard from the picture.
	Structure / Intarsia	Generate a structure pattern or an intarsia from the picture.
Shape section
	<-- within	Select the color for within shape from the two reduced colors.
Display section
	Pattern	Select the colors for the pattern.
	Shape	Select the colors for the shape. Reduction to two colors.
