Sintral Check (program)

With Sintral Check, knitting programs (Sintral) for BMS, CMS and ADF machines can be tested for knitting ability and correctness.

The program can be called-up in the MC Program / Conduct Sintral Check... menu.

Sintral Check is a standalone program that can be used without the main program active as well.
Just call-up the Window menu / All Programs / Stoll M1 / Sintral Check.

Sintral Check provides the following options:

Make the following settings in this dialog box:

Element

Meaning

Start Sintral Check and display the test progress in the Simulation window.
: This button is only available if a knitting program and a machine are selected.

Pattern section

In this section, the name and path of the knitting program files used for the Sintral Check are set.
: You can also use patterns for which the Sintral was generated. The knitting program data present in the pattern is automatically temporarily extracted and selected for the Sintral Check.

Call up the Open dialog box for selection of a file.

.mdv / .seq / .zip

display the name of the pattern file or the sequence file.

Sintral

Display name of the Sintral file.

Jacquard

Display name of the jacquard file.

Setup

Display name of the setup file.

Path

Display path of the selected Sintral file.
: The path specification is based on the pattern, if you have explicitly selected this in the Open dialog box.
The path refers to the temporarily extracted knitting program files if you have run the Sintral Check for the active pattern.

External File section

This section shows whether the loaded knitting program uses the automatic functions of the Stoll AUTOSINTRAL program and which Autosintral file is used for this purpose.

None

The knitting program does not use an Autosintral.

Autosintral

Autosintral file <maschine>.Auto_Sintral.sin of the Autosintral directory is used

private

The user's own Autosintral file can be allocated.

Call up the Open dialog box, where you can select one of your own Autosintral files.
: The button is only available if the private entry is selected in the list field.

Machine section

The machine that is active for the knitting program is displayed.

Call up the Select machine dialog box.
You can select another machine to check the knitting program for the desired machine.

Machine Type

Display type of active machine.

EAYSEQ

Enter the EAY command between the sequence elements.
If the check box disabled, the S0Y command is entered between the sequence elements.
(OKC Operating System 1.4)

Gauge

Display gauge of active machine.

Needle number

Display needle number of active machine.

Display computer (central processing unit) used in the active machine.

Display the coupling width (in inches) of the active machine if it is used in tandem mode.

System Distance

Display the system distance (in inches) of the active machine.

  • 5" Distance of the knitting systems (D5)
  • 5.2” Distance of the knitting systems (D5,2)
  • 6" Distance of the knitting systems (D6)
