Online parameters tab

If you have networked your machines with the pattern workstation, various information on the online connection is contained in this tab.

Element

Meaning

Online ID

The number entered here must be exactly the same as the machine's Online ID.
: An Online ID is assigned automatically when you generate your own machine.

Type of connection

Select the type of connection.

 

offline

Machine will not be called with the call-around.

Serial

With machines before TC only a serial connection is possible.

Ethernet

With OKC machines only an Ethernet connection is possible.

Data communications parameters

 

Serial Port:

Select the port for the serial connection.

Baud rate:

Select the data transfer rate for the serial connection.

IP address:

Display the IP address for the Ethernet connection. This must be identical to the IP address of the machine.
: An IP address is assigned automatically when you generate your own machine.

Selan-Ethernet with Com-Server ( Ethernet - serial) is no longer supported by the M1plus from version 4.1.039 on. Additionally, install an M1 version 3.
