Knit Memory Card Adapter

The STOLL Knit Memory Card adapter is required for reading and writing Knit Memory Cards (KMC).

I. Connect Knit Memory Card Adapter to the pattern workstation:

The mains voltage and voltage specification on the KMC adapter must match.
Use a voltage converter if they are different.

Use only the supplied data cable.

    Connect supplied serial cable to the KMC adapter.

    Connect supplied serial cable to a serial port (e.g. COM1) of the pattern workstation.

    Connect mains cable to KMC adapter.

    Connect mains cable to the pattern workstation.

II. Start up Knit Memory Card Adapter:

    Switch on KMC adapter at power switch.

    Start the pattern workstation.

    Call up File/Knit-Memory-Card....
  1. STOLL Knit Memory Card program starts.

    Call up KMC/Options... menu in the STOLL Knit Memory Card program.
  1. The Options dialog box appears.

    Set the serial port used (e.g. COM1) as the default in the Stoll adapter setup section.

    Close the dialog box with Apply.
  1. The Knit Memory Card Adapter is linked to the pattern workstation.
    KMC can be read out, edited and saved.
