Binding-off modules

The modules for binding-off the end were reworked:

Binding-off end
Fast binding-off end
Fast binding-off with draw thread

If you use these modules:

1: Deactivate the setting Protection Rows in the Configuration dialog box under Knitting Zones / Special fabric pieces with comb.

2: Knit-in the draw thread from the left.
(only with End Binding-off and End Binding-off quick with draw thread)

3: Use an even number of rows.
