Float and lock

• The modules for binding-off the end were reworked:
• Float and lock
• Knitting-in with locking Y-CR0

In the case of Intarsia patterns with many colors the first technical row of the waistband may have to be knitted with different yarn colors (neither #201 nor #205). Therefore, the modules for Float and lock and Float and lock Y-CR0 can be inserted regardless of the yarn color.
