Sintral Function Call for YLC3 in the Knitting Program

• For the yarn length control according to YLC3 Measuring in test fabric a Sintral test program will automatically be attached to the knitting program if a yarn length control according to YLC1, YLC7 or YLC8 is allocated to the control column.
• You can manually attach the Sintral test program to knitting program manually as well.
• In the Configuration / Knitting areas dialog box, activate the Integrate Sintral measuring YLC3 checkbox.
• In the Global pattern parameters / Knitting areas dialog box, activate the Integrate Sintral measuring YLC3 checkbox.
• The Sintral function call is entered in the modules for the fabric start of all the STOLL starts.
• Entry in the PRINT control column with the following settings:

  IF #196>0 F:YLC; for Standard and CMS 730 T
  IF #196>0 #95=1 F:YLC; for Multi Gauge and k&w
  IF #196>0 #95=2 F:YLC; for CMS 730 S
  after stroke
• Entered in the row after the comb thread, knitting-in all yarn carriers and in carriage direction to the left.
• IF #196>0… from the control column PRINT will be entered into the Sintral for OKC-CMS only.
• Follow the corresponding Stoll starts when generating own ones.
• You start the test fabric with the measuring function on the CMS.
• The Sintral programs ylc.sin and ylc-2p.sin are saved to the D:\ Stoll\ M1plus\ 5.3.XXX\ Database\ Sintral\ transition directory by default.
