Load k&w shapes

Distance between body and sleeve for different sizes:
When loading the k&w shapes (no stamping-out) the left sleeve is positioned left-aligned and the right sleeve is positioned right-aligned in the pattern.
The body is positioned in the center of the pattern as before.
