Keeping Threads in a Disabled Clamp
With this option all yarn carriers will be taken out of the clamp at the start. Clamping and cutting will be deactivated and the yarn carriers will be positioned on the clamping and cutting bed. The total width of the needle bed can be used for knitting.
You can keep some threads in a disabled clamp on machines with the OKC ≧ V 2.5 operating system.
- The comb thread (#208) always remains clamped (default).
- Enter
in the
column of the Yarn Field Allocation dialog box if you want to keep these threads clamped. - Defaults of the modules will be ignored.
