Binding-off with devoré knit

With devoré knit patterns, the binding-off is worked with binding thread and motif thread. This applies for technical patterns and for design patterns.
The binding-off modules were adapted for this.

These procedures are possible:

• Allocating binding-off modules via the shape edges
• Manual insertion of the binding-off modules
