Behavior of the yarn field setting when returning to the k&w basic pattern

The values defined after the k&w processing step Cut-out shape in the Yarn Field Allocation dialog box are retained when returning to the pattern state Load basic pattern. If the pattern is changed and then the Cut-out shape processing step is carried out again, only the data affected by the pattern modification will be adapted.
