Starts with variable comb thread positioning

The modules for the comb thread were enhanced. Now you can also position the comb thread on the rear half of the yarn carrier rails as desired.

For this purpose, the knitting technique for the rear half was defined in the upper row of the container module. The knitting technique for the front half is defined in the lower row as before.
