Lock processing steps

Pattern changes, which are not performed in the basic pattern get lost when switching into the basic pattern afterwards and performing again the following steps of processing.

By setting a blocking notice you achieve that previous pattern states can only be opened after confirming a dialog. In the dialog you can inform about performed changes.

Setting a blocking notice:

  1. Pattern is loaded

    Select the desired processing step. The selection affects the previous pattern states.

    Click the Right mouse button
  1. The context menu with this selection is opened:

    Select the option Establish a blocking notice for the previous pattern states
  1. The selected dialog opens up
  2. 2
    If necessary add notes about the changes that are to be displayed with blocking notice when loading a pattern state.

    Confirm input with OK.
  1. The affected processing steps will be marked with the symbol ! .

The selected pattern state with blocking notice will only be loaded after having confirmed the dialog with OK.
You can remove, display or edit the blocking notices in the corresponding dialogs.
