Load color palette

This dialog box is a default Windows dialog box to which the Color palette areas was added.

Make the following settings in the extended area:

Display of the names of color palettes contained in the pattern.

Apply button

Load color palette. The dialog box remains open so that additional color palettes may be loaded.

Import a color palette from a saved pattern into the current pattern:

    Locate the cursor on a yarn color in the Pattern Colors toolbar.

    Open the context menu with the right mouse button.

    Click on the context menu of the Load color palette function.
  1. -> The Load color palette dialog box appears.

    Select the pattern file (*.mdv), which contains the desired color palette.
  1. The names of the color palettes will be displayed in the Color palette window.

    Select color palette and click the Apply button.

    Answer the safety prompt with Yes or No.
    If you do not want to overwrite the color palette in the active pattern, cancel with No and rename the color palette in the active pattern.

    Click the Exit button.
  1. The names of the loaded color palettes are visible in the context menu of the Pattern Colors toolbar.

You can consecutively load several color palettes from a pattern and/or additional color palettes from other patterns without having to close the dialog box.
