Edit and save modules

The modules of the module database may be write protected
You can edit and save even write-protected modules under a new name.

Changes made to modules of an expanded pattern will take effect only after expanding again.

Edit and save a module of the module database:

    Open the module by double click in the Module Editor.

    Edit module.

    Call up the Save function in the File menu.

    Confirm the prompt whether the module is to be copied with Yes.
  1. The addition Copy of is automatically placed before the module name.
    Changes to the copied module do not affect the original module.
    The module link to the new module appears in the New Module module group.

    Run the Close File function in the File menu.

    Click the button on the right edge of the title bar.

    Call up the Properties function in the File menu.
  1. The Properties of:<copy of...> dialog box appears.

    Adjust the properties and the name of the module.

    Confirm the dialog box with OK and close it.

    Confirm the prompt whether the module data are to be saved with Yes.
