Meaning of the colors in the Technical Mode.

When a module is inserted in the pattern, a color adjustment takes place when the icon in the module data toolbar is activated. If the color of the technical row of the module is present in the pattern row of the pattern, it is also positioned on the row of the same color.

The symbols in the module data toolbar influence the insertion of modules as follows:

Apply Needle Actions

Apply Colors

Apply colors and needle actions

If only the needle actions are adopted, no color adjustment can take place. The first stitch row of the module is positioned on the first stitch row within a pattern row. In this case the first color of the pattern, seen from the bottom upward, is used in the area of the module echo.

The module color is transferred to all needle actions located in the areas of the echo.

In the stitch rows in which the module color is present, the stitch row from the module is positioned on the stitch row with the same color in the pattern. This procedure is called color adjustment. It is irrelevant in the Pattern Row Presentation which stitch row within a pattern row you position the module on.

:
A color can be selected from the Yarn colors toolbar for the module. Then a technical row with this color is searched for in the pattern and the stitch row from the module positioned there.
The color that has been selected in the Yarn colors toolbar appears in the module data toolbar. It has a border with the module color.
The selected color can be removed again with the Reset all editing colors function in the context menu of the Module data toolbar.

If the color of the module is not present in the fabric, no color adjustment takes place and the first stitch row of the module is positioned on the first stitch row within a pattern row. The module color is used in this case.

With the Insert Modules (Settings) / Without adjustment function in the Module menu you can insert a module independently of the pattern rows.
With the Define Reference Row function in the Edit menu, you can also define which technical rows of the module are to be positioned on which technical row in the pattern for the pattern rows after the first pattern row in the technical row presentation.
