Gore function

The Gore function is a tool for the automatic generation of the knitting zones (Gore segments) of a gore for a selected row area of the pattern. The function consists of several individual functions that are used consecutively in a certain fixed order.

Start Gore function:

  1. The technical view of the pattern is active.
  2. The pattern is displayed in the Gore Presentation.

    Pull a selection over all rows which are to be gored.

    Run the function Define Gore in the Edit/Gore menu.
  1. The selected areas are transferred to the gore function.
    The gore function which now is active is displayed in the Gore Preview.
