Start, end and difference from the base line in mm or as stitches .

: The value means Courses with the For Shape Definitions of Type A function in the Line Entry menu.

The sections of the line table contain the settings for narrowing and widening with regard to the stepping (Specifications section) and knitting technique (Default attributes section) used.
The settings are automatically applied when the newly defined line represents a narrowing or widening. Existing lines can be allocated at a later time.

The shape editor does not use the current values from the Specifications section for a new or changed line, but instead own stepping values determined for this line. If you change the line coordinates, your allocated stepping values may be lost again.
The shape editor always uses the default attribute No. 1 (Basis) for the start line (first line in the basic shape shape element), and always the default attribute No. 2 for every other line.
