Select and copy shape elements
I. Select an element:

- Left-click the corresponding graphic window in the Elements section.
- The graphic window is activated. The functions in the menu and the symbols for lines and markings are available and the tables can be shown/hidden. The graphic window in the preview is shown enlarged in the Selected element section.
When a shape is opened, the basic shape is automatically selected.
II. Select several elements:

- Press and hold the Ctrl key and click the corresponding graphic windows with the left mouse button.
- The graphic windows are shown highlighted in blue. The functions in the menu and the symbols for lines and markings are no longer available. The graphic windows are shown combined and enlarged in the Selected element section.
To select all elements, you can also use the Select all elements button.
III. Copy a shape element:

- Click on the graphic window of the shape element with the left mouse button and hold down the button until the cursor shape
is displayed. - 2
- With the mouse button pressed, drag the mouse pointer to a position at which the cursor shape
is displayed. - 3
- Release the mouse button.
- The copy of the shape element is added to the shape as a new element.
For elements with the type basic element and neck opening, the prompt is displayed asking whether the existing element is to be overwritten or whether the new element is to be added with a different type when an element with this type is present in the target. If the element is added, then the type hole is automatically allocated.
With Drag & Drop you can also copy elements from one shape to another. To do this you must open a new shape editor with the other shape and place the windows next to each other.
The dialog box can be moved. To do this, position the cursor in the dialog box and hold down the center mouse button. The dialog box is moved with the movement of the mouse.
